DELIVERY OF ORDER

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.

Due to uncontrollable circumstances such as an epidemic, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, or the COVID-19 situation, we will promptly notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click on the link or enter the tracking number on our website’s tracking page to get the latest updates on your shipment.

PLACING THE ORDER

To place an order, simply browse through our products, select the desired item(s), and click on the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button. Follow the instructions to provide shipping and payment details, and your order will be confirmed.

In the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Exchange & Refund policy.

Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered, and the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.

RETURNS

All items can be returned within 7 days after receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition with the original tags and tickets. For more information about returns, you can read our Return Policy.
